Matthew A. Metro is the Principal of The Maison Group, Inc., a Washington, DC based executive search firm serving the real estate industry. For over 15 years, Mr. Metro has represented owners, developers, builders, lenders and other real estate organizations in addressing and solving their recruiting initiatives. Within these client organizations, Mr. Metro has completed numerous search assignments covering a variety of functional disciplines including development, construction, leasing, property management, asset management, acquisition/investment, finance/accounting, marketing and operations.

Prior to founding The Maison Group, Inc., Mr. Metro worked with Grant/Morgan Associates as a senior executive search consultant and began his career with Robert Half International. He has been invited to speak on a number of panels regarding his expertise and is a mentor within the ULI Young Leaders Program. Mr. Metro holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University and is an active participant in their undergraduate and graduate mentor program.
