Founded in 2005, The Maison Group is a Washington, D.C. area based Executive Search/Recruitment & Consulting Firm focused exclusively within the Real Estate Industry. 

We represent a broad base of client organizations that acquire, develop, build, finance, manage, and own real estate businesses within many different asset classes.  We conduct search assignments across a variety of functionalities, experience levels, and geographic markets.
