Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Digital Marketing Director with experience in the commercial real estate industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, industry trends, and the ability to develop and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns. This role will work closely with the Head of Marketing and cross-functional teams to create and implement data-driven marketing strategies that enhance their digital presence, engage key audiences, and drive measurable business growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
:

  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with company goals, increase online visibility, and attract potential tenants, investors, and partners.
  • Oversee and optimize organic and paid media, SEO, email marketing, content marketing, and lead generation campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and brand awareness.
  • Ensure the company’s website is optimized for user experience, search engine ranking, and conversion. Collaborate with third-party web developers and internal teams to ensure content is relevant and engaging.
  • Write, design, and execute compelling content for various digital platforms, including blogs, social media posts, email newsletters, and videos that resonate with target audiences.
  • Work closely with leasing team members to build and manage bespoke marketing campaigns for effective lead generation.
  • Track, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing initiatives. Implement relevant tracking tools and other technology and AI tools to further enhance the digital marketing efforts.
  • Manage the digital marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI across campaigns.
  • Work closely with the Head of Marketing to ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity across all digital platforms.
  • Develop internal social media policies and best practices for FWR employees.
  • Ideate and write strategic and coordinated content for senior leadership’s LinkedIn pages.
  • Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, especially within the commercial real estate and private investment sector.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or related field
  • 7-10 years of experience in B2B digital marketing, with a focus on commercial real estate, property management, or related industries
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and work cross-functionally with teams.
  • Experience building or managing websites and experience with UX design and content management.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing digital marketing strategies that have driven brand awareness, lead generation, and ROI.
  • Advanced knowledge of digital marketing tools and SEO best practices.
  • Ability to generate innovative ideas and content strategies that resonate with target audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and apply insights to improve campaigns.
  • Ability to work closely with senior leadership team and C-Suite
